Privacy Policy

Last updated July 28, 2026. Questions: support@getvaunt.com

Vaunt is operated by The Phi Standard, LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than boilerplate.

What we collect

Your account. We sign you in with a magic link, so we store your email address. We do not store a password because we do not use one.

What you give us about your business. Brand names, brand voice settings, colors, logos, topics, and any documents you upload to your knowledge base. This is the material the product needs in order to write in your voice.

What the product produces. Research briefs, drafts, images, and finished posts generated for your brands, plus the approvals and edits you make to them.

Billing information. Your subscription status, plan, and billing period. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never sent to or stored by us.

Basic usage and diagnostic records. Requests to the service, errors, and a record of transactional emails we send you, so we can support the account and fix what breaks.

How we use it

To run the product you signed up for: generating and storing your content, keeping your brands separate, taking payment, sending the transactional email the service depends on, and providing support. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small set of vendors to operate the service. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

  • Supabase, for the database, file storage, and authentication.
  • Vercel, for application hosting.
  • Stripe, for payment processing. Stripe handles card data directly; we receive only the subscription status and the last four digits of the card through their dashboard.
  • Resend, for transactional email delivery.
  • AI model and research providers, to generate content and to research a topic. Prompts include the brand context and topic you supply.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so you stay signed in. If you arrive through a referral link we set a first-party cookie recording that referral for up to 90 days, so the referring partner is credited. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is open. If you cancel, you can ask us to delete your data and we will, subject to any records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes. Email support@getvaunt.com and we will confirm when it is done.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Email us at the address above and a person will handle it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Each account's brands and content are isolated at the database level so one customer cannot read another's. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your data.

Children

Vaunt is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email.
