Terms of Service

Last updated July 28, 2026. Questions: support@getvaunt.com

These terms apply when you use Vaunt, operated by The Phi Standard, LLC. By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to them.

What the service does

Vaunt generates marketing content for the brands you set up: research briefs, written posts for the channels you choose, and branded images. You review what it produces and decide what to publish. The service does not publish on your behalf without your action.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in is by magic link. Tell us at support@getvaunt.com if you think someone else has access.

Trial, plans, and billing

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial. You are not charged during the trial.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you selected begins and your payment method is charged. Plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing section of our site at the time you subscribe.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Plan limits

Each plan includes a stated amount of usage. If you reach the limit for your billing period, you can upgrade to continue. We will not silently charge you for going over.

Who owns the content

You own the brand material you put into Vaunt, and you own the content it generates for you. You are free to publish, edit, and use it commercially.

You grant us permission to process that material only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI providers listed in our privacy policy.

Review what you publish

Content is generated by AI. It can be wrong, out of date, or a poor fit for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it, and for making sure it is accurate and complies with the rules of the platform you publish it on and with any laws that apply to your industry.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vaunt to:

  • Produce content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or deceptive.
  • Impersonate a person or a business you are not authorized to represent.
  • Infringe someone else's intellectual property.
  • Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Resell or redistribute the service itself without a written agreement.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or improve features over time.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that is being used in a way that puts the service or other customers at risk. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the period you paid for.

Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
